We’d like to invite you to our yoga classes, when the sun is in it’s highest point. Come to get some breath & movement before everything else you’re going to do! The teacher is Sylwia Wojsz, who got Yoga Alliance Certificate 2017 in India. The classes will be a mix of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa flow with the emphasis on breathing, strength, body alignment and relaxation with elements of Yoga Nidra meditation. Classes are accessible for everyone, Loft provides few mats but if you have your own please bring it with you. The classes are free!

Á ýmsu gengur og margir koma við sögu eins og bræður hennar, þeir Siggi og Palli, pabbi hennar prófessorinn, Hanni granni og auðvitað Amma snobb. Leikgerðin er unnin af Björk Jakobsdóttur sem jafnframt er leikstjóri. Stígur Steinþórsson gerir leikmynd, Freyr Vilhjálmsson hannar ljós og Hallur Ingólfsson sér um tónlistina. Söng- og leikdívan Valgerður Guðnadóttur er í hlutverki Mömmu klikk og Gríma Valsdóttur, sem sló í gegn í kvikmyndinni Svaninum, leikur aðalhlutverkið, hana Stellu. In a new show, Atli Bollason continues to make and distort television with creative signal processing. This time he adds Chinese handicraft to the label chain and shows a series of oil paintings.

The trio consists of singer Rebekka Blöndal, guitarist Asgeir Ásgerisson and bassist Sigmar Thor Matthíasson. They intend to convey the lofty standards and captivate a cozy atmosphere. The Award Winning Show My Voices Have Tourettes RETURNS for another year at The Secret Cellar! EVERY Tuesday at 21:00 (9:00 pm) “My Voices Have Tourettes” is a unique Stand Up Comedy show that features comedians with disorders and syndromes to help raise awareness for mental health and neurological disorders in a fun way! The show was created for Reykjavík Fringe 2018 by “HED Syndrome”, a group consisting of one comedian with Schizophrenia (Hannah Proppé Bailey) and two comedians with Tourette Syndrome (Elva Dögg and Dan Zerin). With the show’s instant success and a news article after the first night, the popular demand of Reykjavík citizens and traveling tourists led to “Voices” becoming a weekly show at its home, The Secret Cellar. The show has now been featured in almost every media outlet here in Iceland and 2019 brought an array of success. The band “Brek” is celebrating its first release with a concert in Kornhlaðan. The band will release their first songs at the beginning of the year and intend to release more in 2020. “Brek” includes Harpa Thorvaldsdóttir, Jóhann Ingi Benediktsson and Guðmundur Atli Pétursson. Along with Brek comes the musician Ingunn Huld. Ingunn is a songwriter who has released the album Fjuk (2015) and the songs Splendid (2017) and A Bathroom Gained (2019).
